Each year, SEP runs a structured intern training program tailored for newly graduated professionals in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Special Needs Education. The program is designed to strengthen participants’ knowledge, skills, and professional abilities through an engaging, hands-on approach. With a strong emphasis on child- and family-centered therapeutic interventions, the training ensures practical application aligned with real-world challenges.

In April, a group of 21 therapists and special needs educators successfully completed a two-week intensive training. They now enter the next phase of their journey, joining SEP’s partner projects where they will have the opportunity to apply and refine their newly acquired skills in practical settings. This hands-on experience is vital in preparing them for the professional field, helping them transition with confidence.

Beyond individual growth, this program supports career readiness in an increasingly competitive job market. For organizations, investing in such professional development contributes to improved team performance, greater employee retention, and long-term success.
