We had an incredible learning experience at the 2nd APT Network held at Potter’s House, Njoro Town from February 20th to 22nd, 2025.This year’s theme, “Using Appropriate Paper Technology for Play (A.P.T)”, brought together passionate professionals and organizations to explore innovative ways to support children’s development.

Our S.E.P Occupational Therapist, Katifari Micheal, led an insightful session on handling and positioning, emphasizing key points of control and practical demonstrations using adapted A.P.T equipment.

On Day 2, the S.E.P team took participants on an exciting journey into the world of play—covering its importance, types, stages, and key factors to consider when selecting toys. The highlight? A hands-on session where attendees created customized toys tailored to meet children’s sensory, cognitive, and physical needs!
